Inspiration and Motivation = Dedication

How to get into the Mode (4 steps to follow)

1. Motivate yourself by creating specific goals you want to reach by a certain time period. (even if they are small steps: see previous blog post for more ideas)



2. Create a list of exercises that suit you. (See Incorporate a Regular Exercise Routine) for more ideas


3. Create a schedule for breakfast, lunch and dinner meals that are more healthier choices 


4. Make a playlist of your favourite songs to pump up for your work out
