Fresh Fruit-Infusion Water


Sick of drinking plain water after giving up those sweet & sugary juices and pops? There is a healthier alternative you can easily turn to, to fix those cravings. In a matter of ten minutes of preparation you can infuse your own flavourful drink from fruits and vegetables for each day of the week.  
When you're in a rush you can bring it with you to work, school, or anywhere else your day takes you. 



Healthy fruit infused water recipes is a great way to naturally flavour your water without all the extra calories and carbohydrates. 

Firstly to get started, you need a big enough bottle or pitcher to do this with. If you can find a container that already has a built-in infuser that would be ideal for creating your own tangy refreshment.

After you have your bottle/pitcher all you need to get started is the ingredients you want to use



1. Infused Water (Agua Fresca)

Vegan • Gluten free • 10 mins to make



2. Cherry Lime Infusion
   Vegan • Gluten free • Paleo • 5 mins to make • Serves 1



3. Herb Infused Spa Water
Serves 1 1/2



4. Chile & Herb Infused Lemonade
Vegetarian • Gluten free • Paleo • 20 mins to make • Serves 4




 5. Mango & Mint Infused Tea

Vegan • Gluten free • Paleo



Step it up a little bit for a friday night...
Cranberry-Infused Moonshine (Alcoholic)
15 mins to make • Makes 3 1/4 cups
(instead of moonshine add in 3 shots of skinny girl vodka)
