Sweet Tooth Cravings

Curb your sugar and carb cravings

How to:

  • Reach for fruit
  • Go cold turkey
  • Eat regularly
Or.... you can give in a little, but the healthy way!

It's hard to control those sweet tooth cravings all of the time. But it's also good to know how to control it and not over-indulge in all those sweet treats.

One of the many problems of curing our sweet tooth is that we over consume. This is because sugar is already added into many other foods that some people are not aware of. These are the "go-to" foods when you're hungry and want something small to eat, This includes: processed foods, breads, yogourt and juices. Then when it is time for a small cookie for dessert you are just adding even more sugar intake for the day.

Instead of completely giving up sweets, you can always find an alternative to fix those cravings but in moderation by eliminating unnecessary ingredients. You can use other ingredients to make it taste basically the same.
