Firstly, you cannot succeed these goals with just purely eating better, it involves exercising as well.... (damn it! >:[ ) 





1. Almonds




Q: But I thought nuts were bad for you?



 A: Almonds contain a relatively high amount of fat, it is a "healthy" type of fat.
 When choosing almonds, make sure to look for them in their most natural state--this means raw and with no added salt or additives.




2. Oatmeal

Q: Isn't there too much salt in oatmeal?

A: Oatmeal is only made with 2% salt. It has "slow-release" carbohydrates which make it perfect for eating before working out because it may help you burn more fat when when exercising.
