Incorporate a Regular Exercise Routine

Every day no matter how hectic your schedule may be, make a pledge to yourself that you will always do a 20-30 minute work out. 


  • Include exercises on body parts you mainly want to focus on
  •  Choose exercises where you do not need to use many exercising equipments
  • Exercises that go well together in a transitional manner
And most importantly:

  • Make it fun and make it so that you build up a sweat!
