Plan Your Meals Ahead

Your guide and motivator of how to successfully create a Meal Plan unique to you.

Plan your meals ahead of time so that you are not left starving and undecided of what to eat. This causes you to eat the closest thing to you that is unhealthy and unsatisfying. Don't leave your meal choices to last minute because this could be one of the easiest things to change in your diet.

First you need to:
  • Find recipes that you enjoy- so you can incorporate it in your weekly schedule
  • Go to the grocery store prepared with your list of items
  • Dedicate 2-3 hours of your day to prepare your meals for the week
  • Cook your selected meals that are healthy (check previous blog posts for meal ideas or scroll down for examples & tips)
  • Find tupperware that will fit your breakfast, lunch and dinner meals
  • Freeze your meals once you are finished preparing/cooking them
  • Each night take out your meal from the freezer and put it in the fridge ( this is to have it ready in the morning to pack it into your lunch for school or work)
Why having a Meal Plan is important:
  • Saves you time and money! (No need to worry about friday nights dinner after a long week or blow your money on unhealthy fast food)
  • It is better for your health and helps you lose weight
  • Keeps you on track of your daily food intake
  • Convenient to grab from the fridge and have your breakfast/lunch or dinner already prepared

So why not start now and make a change to your life. By following these simple steps, you are already on your way to a happier, healthier and more organized you!

Summer is Coming!

As we approach spring,  the nice weather slowly comes and we realize that summer is just around the corner! After hibernating inside all winter you pack on the pounds from being less active due to the crappy & cold weather. Also not to mention Thanksgiving & Christmas….

Holidays and other occasions during the past few months are the worst to avoid because there is so much food and alcohol going around that we may over indulge in it. Right now you're thinking that you don't feel quite as ready to even think about being in your bikini on a beach in less than two months! (Or maybe it's just me) Regardless if you just want to lose 5 lbs or tone up those legs this blog  has all the convenient exercises to help you gain your beach bod back.

You had too many "cheat meals" during the winter. So why not make a pledge to yourself that from now on you will be focussed and will limit or completely take out those calories to fit into the new bikini you just bought that is currently too tight on your ass! :( (Don't worry you're not the only one….) Make those new cheeky-bikini bottoms your motivator to get your buns tight to fit them back in.
